Nancy Patrick was born in Brooklyn. NY and raised in Elizabeth, NJ by her parents who emigrated from Haiti. Being in this culinary melting pot was the beginning of an eclectic journey. Inspired by her mom & grandmother, Nancy began cooking & baking at a young age. This early fascination blossomed into a dedicated career.

With a passion for transforming simple ingredients into extraordinary culinary delights, Nancy has established a remarkable reputation in the world of pastry arts. Having honed their skills at the Aguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, Nancy combines classic techniques with contemporary flair to create desserts that are both visually stunning and delectably satisfying.

As the owner of For the Love of Pastries, Nancy is known for her macarons, Haitian cakes & vegan cupcakes. Her work has not only delighted guests but also garnered critical acclaim. Outside of the kitchen, Nancy creates acrylic cake toppers & embellishments.

When not baking or creating graphic arts, Nancy enjoys spending time with her family, & friends, reading, and watching documentaries. Drawing inspiration from the world around her brings fresh and exciting ideas to their culinary creations.
